Are your drones brand new or refurbished?
All drones sold on YourDronePlug.com are 100% brand new, factory-sealed DJI products. We do not sell used or refurbished units unless specifically labeled as such.
Are your drones U.S. or international versions?
Our drones are global (Hong Kong) versions. They are identical in performance and quality to U.S. models but may differ slightly in packaging or labeling. All products are genuine DJI items.
Do your drones come with a warranty?

Yes. Every DJI drone purchased from us includes a manufacturer’s warranty through DJI.
Please note that our drones are global (Hong Kong) versions, which means the warranty service is handled by DJI’s Hong Kong service center.
As of June 26, 2025, DJI Care Refresh is not available for activation in the U.S. for these units. If you wish to purchase DJI Care Refresh, it must be done in the country of original purchase (Hong Kong).
In the event of a warranty claim or repair, the drone would need to be shipped to and collected from Hong Kong.
What if my drone needs repair or warranty service?
If your drone ever requires an official DJI repair, we can also handle the logistics for you — from Los Angeles to DJI’s authorized service center in Hong Kong.
We’ll assist with shipping, customs paperwork, and communication with DJI to make the repair process as smooth and worry-free as possible.
Can I register my drone with the FAA?
Yes. All DJI drones sold by us can be registered with the FAA using the serial number provided.
