1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates and the destination of your order. This ensures you get the most accurate pricing depending on your location and preferred shipping speed.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package was damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and the item before filing a claim.
